If you are new to the Town of Lafayette and want to vote in the next election, do not wait until the last minute prior to an election to register. Go to the website MyVote, the link is below.
If you have not voted recently the State of Wisconsin may have deactivated you from their registered voters list.
The website will inform you if you are currently registered and it contains all the forms you need to update your voter registration and/or request an absentee ballot.
You may fill out the EL-131 Wisconsin Voter Registration Form listed below.
You must include a copy of your Proof of Residency such as a WI Driver's License with your Lafayette address. Other forms are listed on page 2.
You may mail your application to 5765 197th Street, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 or stop by the office, Monday -Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4 :00 PM.
