Get Outside & Go Explore – Town of Lafayette Rock Hunt!

The Town of Lafayette is inviting YOU to get outside, explore, and join the fun!

We've hidden 20 beautifully painted rocks throughout the community—in parks, along walking paths, near the water, and throughout the Lafayette area. Find one and win a prize!

How It Works

1. Explore and keep your eyes open for a painted rock.
2. Find a painted rock with the Lafayette Rock Hunt instructions attached and bring it to Town Hall.
3. Turn it in and receive Chamber Bucks as your prize!

It's that simple—fresh air, adventure, and a reward for participating.

This is a great way to get outside, enjoy our local spaces, and spend quality time with family and friends. Whether you're out for a walk, playing disc golf, or visiting a parks, you never know where a painted rock might be waiting for you!

• Program ends: September 21, 2026
• Location: Town Hall - 5765 197th St Chippewa Falls, WI 
• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
