Here is the weekly update for the subject project. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Traffic Impacts: WIS 29 – Off and on ramps at 50th Avenue closed to September 2025. Median shoulder closures with barrier wall at the 50th Avenue bridge. Single lane closures with a speed limit reduction between County X and County J interchanges. Rolling closure morning of Wednesday April 23.

50th Avenue – Closed between 160th and 171st Streets to September 2025. Closed east of County J intersection starting April 21. Access to local residences and businesses will be maintained throughout construction.

County Road J – Shoulder closures between Highway 29 interchange and 51st Avenue. Traffic switch onto temporary roadways anticipated Wednesday April 30.

Work Completed (week of 4/14): Contractor poured median pier footings, formed pier columns, completed retaining wall excavation, and begin constructing temporary roadways along County Road J and 50th Avenue.

Work Lookahead (week of 4/21): Contractor will pour median pier columns, install east abutment piling, and continue constructing temporary roadways along County Road J and 50th Avenue.
